📅 Meditation practice times

Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. – on Zoom

Wednesday 8:30 pm


All Vipassanā meditation sessions are recorded and sent to participants.

If you can't attend live, you can practice whenever you want , maintaining continuity in meditation.

Many people, when they begin to meditate, feel frustrated because internal difficulties and agitation seem to increase.

This is actually a sign that the Vipassanā meditation practice is working : what was hidden begins to emerge.

Awareness does not immediately eliminate pain.
Instead, it teaches us to stay with what is, without running away and without clinging.

It is a transformative, courageous and profoundly liberating process.


🧘♀️ What is Vipassanā meditation

Vipassanā meditation is a mindfulness practice belonging to the Theravāda Buddhist tradition.

Vipassanā means “deep insight” or “clear understanding” .

Through this practice we learn to observe:

  • the body

  • the sensations

  • mental states

without judgment, seeing reality as it is.

It is not a theory, but a direct experience that develops intuitive wisdom and leads to inner freedom.


👤 The Teacher – Fabrizio Giuliani

Fabrizio Giuliani has been practicing and teaching Vipassana meditation for over 25 years.

He has conducted intensive retreats in:

  • Burma

  • Australia

  • United States

  • Canada

in the Mahāsī and Thai Forest (Ajahn Chah) traditions.

He is the founder of Ashoka – Awareness Center in Rome , where he offers rigorous, authentic and transformative teaching.
