Fabrizio Giuliani
This is not about becoming better.
It’s about seeing clearly.
I’ve been practicing Vipassana meditation for over 25 years, within the Mahasi tradition and the Thai Forest tradition.
My path has unfolded through years of practice in India, Burma, Nepal, Australia, the UK and the US—immersed in the living traditions of insight meditation.
But what matters is not the experience itself.
It’s what becomes clear after years of practice:
understanding the mind in silence is not enough
if you don’t see what happens when you are in relationship.
That’s where patterns emerge.
That’s where reactivity takes over.
My work is focused on that moment.
Not on analysing the story.
Not on fixing the content.
But on seeing, directly, what is happening as it happens.
Through mindfulness, what is unconscious becomes visible.
And what is reactive begins to lose its grip.
I work through 1:1 sessions, courses and retreats, supporting people in developing a different relationship with thoughts, emotions and patterns—bringing clarity and stability into everyday life.
In addition to long-term practice, he has also trained as an MBSR instructor and holds a Master’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Sydney.
If you recognize yourself in this, you can work on it.
