Every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM
Vinyasa is a modern style of yoga developed by T. Krisnamacharya and T.K.V. Desikachar. Each movement is coordinated with a breath, inviting us to cultivate the awareness that connects each action to the next. Students under my guidance are encouraged, through a series of creative and dynamic sequences, to learn the techniques of asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, and meditation. Vinyasa sequences are built one after the other with attention to the student's level of experience so that everyone can participate in the class, including those who are new to yoga .
