🌱 Why does meditation bring out suffering?

Many people, when they begin to meditate, feel frustrated because internal difficulties seem to increase. But this is a sign that the practice is working : what was hidden is beginning to reveal itself.
Awareness doesn't immediately eliminate pain: it teaches us to be with what is , without running away or clinging. It's a transformative, courageous, and profoundly liberating process.

🧘♀️ What is Vipassanā meditation?

Vipassanā is a mindfulness practice in the Theravada Buddhist tradition. It means "insight" or "clear understanding."
It teaches us to observe our body, sensations, and mind without judgment, seeing reality as it is, not as we imagine it.
It is not theory: it is a direct experience that develops intuitive, non-conceptual wisdom , and guides us towards inner freedom.
